Deccan Edibles is a prominent exporter and suppliers of Mango Pulp, fruit pulps and concentrates to markets of Europe, CIS and Asia. The major mango varieties like Alphonso, Kesar and Totapuri are manufactured by us in units at Krishnagiri in Tamilnadu and in Gujarat.
Alphonso Mango Pulp: The best of this fruit is available in the Ratnagiri, Devgad region and later on in Valsad. We procure the best of this fruit for our pulping requirements.
Kesar Mango Pulp: Usually grown in Gujarat in Valsad and Junagard, but now available also in Maharashtra, Our Kesar Mango Pulp comes with the original flavor of Kesar Mangoes all intact
Mango Pulp and concentrate: These mangoes are grown in a big way in south India and used mostly in the juice, bakery or bulk industries. Our unit in Krishnagiri gets the best of this pulp to you.
The product derived from fresh, sound ripe, Totapuri or Alphonso Mango fruit Product prepared by thermal treatment to render it “Commercially sterile” and completely free from any additives and any pathogens.
Blended purees as per customer’s specification are also taken up on advance orders.
The preparation process includes washing, cutting, de-stoning, refining and packing. In case of aseptic product, the puree is sterilized and packed in presterilised aseptic bags.Totapuri Puree Concentrate or Alphonso and Kesar Mango Puree is then packed in aseptic bag or drums. Also, the de-aerated Mango puree concentrate has more hygienic and has a better shelf life as it can retain even small amounts of ascorbic acid in it. With the quality ensured. Mango Puree Concentrate can be broadly used to make candies, preserves, jellies, jams, marmalades, juices, nectars, baby food, beverages, and ice-cream.
